Do I need any equipment?
No equipment required beyond a yoga or pilates mat. A few sessions optionally use a small pillow or rolled towel, which you likely already have.
Is this suitable for complete beginners?
Absolutely. The program begins at a foundational level and every exercise includes beginner modifications. You will never feel out of your depth.
How long are the daily workouts?
Sessions range from 20 minutes (early foundational days) to 45 minutes (peak transformation days in week four). Most workouts are around 30 minutes.
What if I miss a day?
Life happens. Since you have lifetime access, simply pick up where you left off. There's no penalty — the program works at your pace.
Is this safe during pregnancy?
Please consult your healthcare provider first. Some exercises are not appropriate during pregnancy. I do offer a dedicated prenatal pilates program separately.
